Welcome to Shooting for Excellence Basketball Camp! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in our basketball camp and use of our website. - Insurance: Participants are responsible for their own health and accident insurance coverage.
5. Fees and Refunds
- Registration Fees: All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the camp.
- Refund Policy: Refunds may be issued according to our refund policy, which will be provided at the time of registration. No refunds will be given for dismissal due to violation of camp rules.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the exclusive property of Shooting for Excellence Basketball Camp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7. Liability Waiver
By participating in the camp, you acknowledge and agree that basketball and related activities can be inherently dangerous and that participation carries a risk of injury. You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in the camp.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shooting for Excellence Basketball Camp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your participation in the camp.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website.
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party.
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the website.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shooting for Excellence Basketball Camp and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

Upon termination, your right to participate in the camp or use the website will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
